937 Games (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of the users (“You”) of our video game, Da Bomb ! (the “Game”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you play the Game on any platform (including PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store).

1. Information We Collect

When you play the Game, we do not require you to create an account with us, and we do not operate our own game servers to collect personal gameplay data. However, we collect limited technical data through third-party services to ensure the Game functions properly.

Crash and Diagnostic Data (Sentry)

We use Sentry (provided by Functional Software, Inc.) to monitor the Game’s stability and identify bugs. If the Game crashes or encounters a fatal error, Sentry automatically generates and sends a crash report to us. This report may include:

* Your device’s IP address (used temporarily for localization and routing, then anonymized or discarded by Sentry).

* Device specifications (Operating System version, CPU, GPU, and RAM).

* Technical details about the crash (stack traces and game code errors).

This data is strictly used for debugging, patching, and improving the overall performance of the Game. We do not use this data for marketing or tracking purposes.

2. Third-Party Platforms (Storefronts)

When you play Da Bomb !, you interact with the platform where you acquired it (such as the Steam client, Epic Games Launcher, or Microsoft/Xbox network). These platforms may collect your gameplay data, achievements, cloud saves, and username according to their own Privacy Policies.

We do not control, store, or process the personal data collected by these storefronts. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal information. The diagnostic data collected via Sentry is processed securely and is only accessible to our development team for technical maintenance.

4. Data Retention

Crash reports and technical diagnostic logs are retained only for as long as necessary to identify and resolve the associated bugs. On our Sentry dashboard, this data is typically automatically deleted after 90 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you have rights regarding your personal data. These include the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Please note that because the crash data we collect is largely anonymized and not linked to a specific user account by us, we may require specific technical details (such as a timestamp or device ID) to locate and delete your specific crash report.
